Pelugion Announce Release Date For New Single ‘Bide My Time’ And Reveal Artwork

I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to a band who I think are going to do big things this year. Their name is Pelugion and their brand of hard rock/metal will absolutely kick your ass in the greatest way possible.

The Coventry based trio made up of Andy Sweeney (Vocals, bass) John Pittaway (Guitar) and Brandon Balou (Drums) are relative newcomers to the scene but they’re already shaking things up. Last year they won a slot at Godiva Festival as well as reaching the final of Metal 2 The Masses narrowly missing out on securing a slot at Bloodstock Festival. This year the band’s music has already been played at half time during the Coventry City v Walsall game last month.

Things are now set to go up a level with the release of the band’s new single Bide My Time on March 25th. The track was produced mixed and mastered at Wormwood Studios by Mike Exeter (Black Sabbath, Dio, Judas Priest).

Bide My Time is a story about learning to deal with regret. Although it may seem like you should have let go of that ex’s hold on you sooner, you’re almost glad in a way that you waited this long because how else can you appreciate the good things without having experienced the bad. Now the ex has gone, you know you can bide your time, waiting for something better to come along …and maybe waiting for karma too.

You can see the cool new Very Metal Art crafted artwork for the single at the top of the page and below you’ll find the lyric video for the band’s last single Serpents Mistress. Seriously, check this track out and tell me you don’t want to hear that new record.

Keep it locked right here for my review of Bide My Time, it’s going to be well worth the wait.
